- Ship traffic endangered due to sudden, very strong gusts of wind.

- Avoid ridges and groups of trees at risk of being struck by lightning.
- Do not pass over flooded street sections or pass them slowly.
- In case of open-wire lines: Limit the use of telephones and electric devices.
- Keep away from exposed trees or groups of trees.
- Avoid mountain hikes and walks in the forest.
- Stay away from beds of brooks and avoid areas with steep slopes.
- Do not make unnecessary phone calls (network failure).
